Associate Professor of International Economics and of Economic Policy at the Tuscia University Viterbo Italy. Professor of International Economics at Luiss University –Rome- from 1977 up to 2009. Lecturer in econometrics (Luiss University 1980-81) and International Trade (Luiss University 1982-87) Member of the Board of Sviluppo Lazio the Holding of the Regione Lazio 2007-10 In 1980-81 was a member of the Economic Advisors Group of the Italian Prime Minister. From 1985 to 2002 was a member of the economic advisors group at the Italian Treasury Department. Study periods spent at the IMF, ECB, Harvard University, London School of Economics, Malta University, Kiel University, Visit Professor at Bath University, at London King College’s University. Author of several book reviews and articles.
